FPU.arthop.02.19.sizeC.MRA

You can win a pair of tickets to the Junior Company Foundation’s 5th Annual Crab Feed fundraiser (5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, Roger Rocka’s Dinner Theater). This event includes all-you-can eat pasta, salad, and crab. Plus, you get a show!

The contest is open only to members, donors and individual sponsors of The Munro Review. Tax-deductible memberships start at $5 a month, and you can make a one-time donation of as little as $3. (Paid memberships help keep the site running, and paid members get special members-only benefits. Please consider a paid membership in support of independent, local arts journalism.) A free membership option is available. For details on how to join, go to the Membership and Sponsorship page. No purchase, donation or membership is necessary to enter the ticket giveaway.

To enter this giveaway, leave a reply on this post (see below) answering this question: What’s the most crab you’ve ever eaten at one sitting? (Or, if you’d prefer not to divulge your personal dietary history, you can just say why you’d like to attend.) Deadline to enter is 9 a.m. Monday, March 11. The winner will be picked at random and notified by email.

I’ve only been to one crab feed, and that was for an Elks event in Sanger years ago. More importantly , I’d enjoy seeing the Jr. Company players and their budding talent.

I’ve never been to a crab feed but crab was always a favorite stop at the chinese buffets. Would also enjoy seeing the junior player’s performance.

I do not know the total amount of crab I have eaten at a “feed”…but it always seems to be the sweetest, tastiest crab that I get. My husband and I would love a “free” crab dinner and would hope that the Junior Company would perform. The community has been blessed to have Roger Rocca’s as a sustainable theater for so many years and be the passionate place for our young talent to perform…Audra Mc Donald, Heidi Blickenstaff…we had the opportunity to see them grow and flourish…be fore there Big Fame!

  • Enjoying a crab feed among other supporters of the Junior Company would be a unique pleasure. I would also gladly donate to the youth group while I eat that sweet crab.
