It’s all Heidi! The May episode of ‘The Munro Review on CMAC’ welcomes a favorite Fresno Broadway star
It’s hard to believe, but I’m now pitching my second monthly episode of “The Munro Review on CMAC” that I had to film outside the studio, which means one thing — we’ve been in quarantine for a long, long time.
This episode is special in that it features just one guest in an in-depth, insightful interview. That guest is none other than Heidi Blickenstaff, the Broadway and TV musical-theater star who got her start at Good Company Players. Heidi and her husband made a public service announcement that features GenZ-ers in their own words encouraging their young peers to stay home to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. You can read my written interview with Heidi here. And you can watch my extended video interview with her here as part of the May episode:
The interview includes a message for all the folks at Heidi’s beloved Good Company Players.
In the show, I also talk about Benjamin Boone’s essay about the making of his new album, “Joy,” give a plug for my new feature titled “The Quarantine Chronicles,” and offer a shoutout for my weekly Sunday evening real-time quarantine arts series, “Fresno Famoso.” Enjoy!
