Win tickets
to Cirque du Soleil's
'Corteo'

You can win two tickets to opening night of Cirque du Soleil’s ‘Corteo’ (7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, Save Mart Center). The contest is open to paid members (and also donors and individual sponsors) of The Munro Review, and I’ll be giving two pairs of tickets away. Content is free on The Munro Review for all readers, but members/sponsors/donors have the opportunity to enter ticket giveaways. Your financial support keeps the site running. Tax-deductible memberships start at $5 a month, and you can make a one-time donation of as little as $3. For details on how to join, go to the Membership and Sponsorship page.

To enter this giveaway, leave a reply on this post below answering this question: If you could be a member of Cirque for a day, would you be a trapeze artist or a clown? (Or, if you’re shy, just say why you want to attend the performance.) Deadline to enter is 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19. The winners will be picked at random and notified by email.

    I’d be what I am…a sad clown.

I would love to be a trapeze artist. Of course, having had a total shoulder replacement a few months ago, a trapeze is not in my future.

I’d sign up for the trapeze artist but I would be thrown a clown costume instead.

I would be a trapeze artist and then make Zac Efron fall in love with me 😉

  • Trapeze and clowns are cool, but have you heard the live bands that Cirque uses in their shows? That’s where my heart lives!!

My mom was hired to ride an elephant in the circus when my dad was inthe Circus Orchestra.
Sadly, her career was short as she found out my brother was on the way.
    (He always ruined everything)

I’d be a sad clown trapeze artist. Clowns scare me, so better to be on their team.
