The Lion King has been a dream musical of mine. I’ve never seen it performed before! It’s been my favorite movie since I was a baby. If I could choose any character to hang out with it would probably be Pumba because he and I have very similar senses of humor. He also just seems like a hoot and a half!

Pumba and Timon! I would totally hang with them because they are the Rosencrantz and Guildenstern of the story and I have a love for those characters after playing Rosencrantz. ❤️🖤 plus they have the best outlook!

In 2002 I had tickets and could travel to New York by bus in a little over an hour but ended up canceling due to the flu. I am fascinated by Julie Taymor’s work. She traveled to Indonesia and Japan on a fellowship after graduating from college with the intention of staying for three months. She stayed four years!

We’ve lived Lion King for years…having raised our son and watching the movie over and over and over. Listening to the music over and over and over. And, still love it. We bought our son (now 21 yrs old) and his fiancé tickets so they could see the live show. Would be memorable to see it, too! Thanks!!

If I could spend a day on the savanna hanging with any character from The Lion King, it would have to be Mufasa. Ever since I was a child I’ve loved The Lion King and I always wished we got to know more about Mufasa before his death. I’ve always been interested in his past and everything it took for him to be a strong King. I also would really love to see this show because I’ve never seen it. I love the music and everything this show represents it would be an absolute pleasure to go.

Without a doubt I would want to hang out with Zazu for a day. I think getting to know his character and learning all about the kingdom would be really interesting. As someone who knows the ins and outs of the kingdom I would get to know a lot about the dynamics of the world. Plus Zazu is incredibly sassy and I think that would just make for a fun time.
