Deadline for Horizon Award nominations looms
A timely reminder from your friendly arts folks downtown:
The Fresno Arts Council is currently accepting nominations for the 2018 Horizon Awards. If you know of an artist, citizen, business, youth, or just someone who is out there promoting or is active in our local arts community fill out a nomination form! Nominations deadline is Sept 7. The nomination form can be found online.
The Annual Horizon Awards are given to recognize individuals, organizations and businesses in six categories (Artist, Business, Citizen, Educator, Special, and Youth) that have made a significant contribution toward the enrichment of life in the Fresno community through excellence in the arts. This year’s awards are Oct. 14 at the Tower Theatre.
