Win tickets to ‘Frozen Jr.’ at Children’s Musical Theaterworks
I‘m giving away a four-pack of tickets to the new Children’s Musical Theaterworks production of “Frozen Jr.,” which opens Friday, Aug. 4, at the Fresno Veterans Memorial Auditorium. The winner will have a choice of any of the eight performances to attend.
The production features 80 performers ages 6-13. Randall Kohlruss directs.
The contest is open to members, donors and individual sponsors of The Munro Review. Tax-deductible memberships start at $5 a month, and you can make a one-time donation of as little as $3. (Paid memberships help keep the site running, and paid members get special members-only benefits. Please consider a paid membership in support of independent, local arts journalism.) A free membership option is available. For details on how to join, go to the Membership and Sponsorship page. No purchase, donation or membership is necessary to enter the ticket giveaway.
To enter this giveaway, leave a reply on this post (see below) answering this question: Would you rather be cold or hot? (I know, it’s not fair asking when it’s 103 degrees outside.) If you’d rather not share, just tell us why you’d like to see the show. Deadline to enter is 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 2. (I extended the deadline.) The winner will be picked at random and notified by email.
Carrie Padgett
That’s a tough one. I guess I’d rather be hot because I can’t sleep if my feet are cold.
Paige Addington
I would rather be cold! I love a fire, hot cup of coffee, warm boots and snow falling outside my cabin.
Amy
Cold!!!! When the hairs inside one’s nose tink-tink as you breathe, it’s cold enough for me!
Mary Vaux
I’d rather be cold. I like to be bundled up and have a hot coffee or hot chocolate in my hands.
Sandi
I have never seen the Disney movie, and would love for CMT to be my first Frozen experience!
Sandi
I almost forgot to answer the question! I would rather be cold, because I can always layer. (And I’m talking Fresno cold not Yukon cold!)
Patty
I would rather be cold as you can continue adding layers while sipping hot cocoa. (It’s not socially acceptable to continue taking layers off in the heat–oops!)
